By placing a booking or making a purchase with Wandin Florist and/or becoming a Wandin Florist Member through the registration process on this website, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the terms, conditions and disclaimers and you agree to be bound by its terms, conditions and disclaimers.

Wandin Florist reserves the right not to provide products and services, remove or edit content or cancel order (or part thereof) at Wandin Florist sole discretion at any time. Without limiting the operation of the Terms and Conditions, Wandin Florist will not be held liable for loss or damage arising from the exercising of these rights.

Returns & Refunds

Wandin Florist guarantees its customers receive products and services of high standards, good quality, in good condition on arrival and to the full retail value. Wandin Florist purchase only the highest quality flowers and products, which are hand selected by an experienced buyer.

You must be mindful that flowers are a perishable item and react to the ever changing environment. Wandin Florist provide care instructions at the time of purchase and care instructions are also provided upon receipt of the delivery of any of our products. We recommend the care instructions are followed to enhance the longevity of your flowers.

Should you be dissatisfied with our product or service please contact Wandin Florist on (03)59643640 immediately on receiving the product or service. Every effort will be made to rectify any dissatisfaction.

While Wandin Florist will abide by the governing law in relation to the supply of its products and services, no exchange or refund will be accepted if you change your mind once a final consultation and final ordered has been agreed upon.

Ordering Process

Obraining a Quotation

Complete the online Request a Quotation Form and press submit. Wandin Florist will return your quote within 48 hours upon receipt of your request.

Based on the information provided on the Quotation Request Form our Wandin Florist will prepare a quotation for your consideration.

Should you be satisfied to proceed further you will be required to forward further details to Wandin Florist via email or phone and/or to arrange a consultation prior to proceeding and/or supplying a 10% deposit for security, indicating your intention to proceed further.

Confirming Your Order

Once you have viewed your quote and are satisfied with the colour palette, decorative elements and all other requirements.  A final and formal quotation will be sent to you for your approval.

Final Payment

A final invoice will be raised with the final balance indicating any amendments made, you will be required to settle the balance owing 10 days prior to despatching of goods.

Order Cancellation

Should you wish to amend or cancel an order you should do so prior to your final Invoice. Call Wandin Florist on (03)5964 3840

Once we have received final payment for an order, cancellation of the order is within Wandin Florist sole discretion and subject to the Returns & Refund terms.

Substitution Policy

Wandin Florist will make every effort to supply the products agreed upon at the time of booking.

However, Wandin Florist will not be held responsible if the products are not available as a result of, but not limited to, unavailability, seasonal variation or poor quality.

Wandin Florist reserves the right to use its discretion to supply similar or substitute high quality product under such circumstances and will try where possible to notify and agree with the client prior to supply.

Delivery Policy

It is your obligation to provide the correct delivery address details. Should you provide incorrect delivery details Wandin Florist will not be obliged to redeliver the order to the correct address at Wandin Florist expense.

Wandin Florist has a specialised courier service for events. The team is made up of Events specialists for delivery and set up. Therefore Wandin Florist have limited allocation times for delivery. You will be able to select a suitable time for delivery in accordance with your Venue requirements.

Please ensure that you have made all your requirements known as once the courier has delivered your products they will be unable to return if you have forgotten to order any products.

In the event that you have forgotten to order products, we will make every effort to assist you in obtaining these products at your expense.

Without limiting the operation of the Terms and Conditions, you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation or refund of an order.

You will be required to ensure that you are available or you arrange for a representative for you to be available to accept, check and sign off on the delivery of goods.

We will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.
